My name is Simone<\/strong>, and I am an Italian science communicator and mathematician. I am a freelancer<\/strong>, working alongside research groups, institutions, publishing houses, and schools. I have completed a postgraduate certificate in science communication<\/a> at SISSA, in Trieste, and a PhD in mathematics at the Cluster of Excellence Mathematics M\u00fcnster<\/em>, in M\u00fcnster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my work, I try to change the public perception of quantitative sciences<\/strong> through a mix of creative strategies<\/strong>, often relying on visuals and animations. I am also the co-founder of OttaviaLAB<\/strong>, a collective and urban lab<\/em> building communication and educational projects at the intersection of data, mathematics, and society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
